Terms of Service
Effective Date: January 1, 2025
These terms govern your engagement with Bycom Solutions for any digital services including web development, design, marketing, and consulting.
Project Engagement
- All projects begin with a formal scope of work (SOW) agreed upon by both parties.
- Timelines and deliverables are outlined in the SOW and are binding upon written approval.
- Changes to scope after approval may result in revised timelines and additional costs.
Intellectual Property
- All source code, designs, and deliverables are the property of Bycom Solutions until full payment is received.
- Upon complete payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all final deliverables.
- Third-party assets (stock images, fonts, libraries) are subject to their respective license terms.
Payment Terms
- A minimum of 50% advance payment is required before project commencement.
- Remaining balance is due upon project completion and final approval.
- Invoices unpaid beyond 15 days may result in project suspension.
Limitation of Liability
Bycom Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Mangalore, Karnataka.
