Refund Policy

We understand that project requirements can change. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled at Bycom Solutions.

Discovery & Strategy Phase

• Fees paid for discovery sessions, consultations, and initial strategy work are non-refundable, as these involve dedicated research and team allocation.

Active Development

• If a project is cancelled during active development, refunds are calculated based on the percentage of work completed.
• Completed milestones are non-refundable.
• Unused hours or unstarted milestones are eligible for a full refund or credit toward future projects.

Design Services

• Refunds for design work are available before final approval. Once designs are approved and signed off, they are considered delivered and non-refundable.

• Refund requests are processed within 7-10 business days.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Credits

In lieu of a refund, clients may opt for service credits applicable to any future Bycom Solutions engagement within 12 months.
